About ChinaPass

Every foreigner who's been to China has the same story: the first 48 hours are chaos. No internet. Can't pay. Can't read signs. Can't order food. We've all been that person standing outside the airport at midnight, holding a piece of paper with a hotel address in Chinese, hoping someone speaks English. ChinaPass exists so nobody has to feel that way again. Our fixers are the friends we wish we had on Day One — locals who speak your language, know every trick, and genuinely care about making your experience amazing.

The Team

We're a team of expats and locals across Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Beijing. We've collectively spent 40+ years navigating China as foreigners. We know every pain point because we've lived every pain point.
