Which cities do you operate in?+
We currently operate in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Chongqing, Kunming, Xiamen, and Qingdao. New cities are added regularly.
How do I book a fixer?+
Choose a service on the booking page, pick your city and dates, then pay a small deposit. We match you with the best available fixer and confirm within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days ahead, especially for airport pickups and busy travel seasons. For urgent requests, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
What if I need to cancel?+
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Contact us and we'll process your refund promptly.
Do your fixers speak my language?+
Yes. Every fixer is fluent in at least one of the languages we support — English, Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, or Arabic.
